Ages: 5–9 Join us for a fun and tasty Holiday Cooking Workshop with Healthy FRIENDZ® Nutrition LLC! Children will learn how to make simple, kid-friendly Christmas snacks using colorful fruits and other healthy ingredients. They’ll practice basic kitchen skills, talk about smart food choices.
